No doubt that with her many tasks and responsibilities, Stacy McNeiland is one of the busiest and most active officials of the University of Central Oklahoma located in Edmond. Her position as Executive Director for Community Outreach and Special Projects puts her in a spot where she needs to know everything about what is going on in the project. She keeps tabs on the organizational management and strategic planning. She also oversees the marketing strategy used for the project and checks if everything goes according to the marketing plan.

Stacy McNeiland has definitely made an impact on the policy development procedures of the university. One of her most stellar work is the recruitment of new students. The new enrollee turnout zoomed to 52% thanks to her leadership and recruitment skills. She has proven her recruitment skills yet again when she successfully launched a collegiate program called Central Students Today, Alumni Forever which reeled in a total of 1,500 alumni in four short years. This is a feat that Stacy McNeiland accomplished with her excellently trained team.
